All health care devices have a 6 month check warranty , incase of a faulty device. it will be exchangable.

after we recieve the faulty device back , we shall inspect it for any physical damage, if no physical damage is found .

we will replace the device free of cost but incase physcial damage is found on the actual device , we shall not be responsible for the replacement of the device.

1. If the customer recieves the wrong size from the size he/she ordered , we shall be resonponsible for bearing all the courier costs in replacing the item.
2. if the customer orders the wrong size he/she shall be responsible for bearing all the courier costs in replacing the item.
